Why fixed-price instead of hourly billing?

Fixed-price removes risk from your side. You know exactly what you're getting and what it costs before we start. No "we'll see how many days it takes" uncertainty. Plus, it incentivizes me to deliver efficiently—not drag things out to bill more hours.

What if my project doesn't fit these packages?

Book a discovery call. If your needs are outside the standard packages, we can scope a custom engagement with fixed pricing tailored to your specific requirements.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. 50% deposit upfront to secure the engagement slot, remaining 50% upon completion. For the full £23k programme: £11,500 upfront, £11,500 upon delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer (UK and international), invoice via accounting software. Payment terms: 14 days for invoices.

Can we pay monthly instead of upfront?

For the full £23k programme, payment plan available: £8k upfront + 3 monthly payments of £5k. Total: £23k (no additional fees).

Is there a minimum engagement size?

£3,000 for Phase 1 assessment is the minimum engagement. For ad-hoc consulting or WordPress support, minimum £1,500 per project.
